Programme Participation

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Cipta Impak Training reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

  • Programme schedules, content, trainers, or venues may be modified when necessary.

Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid according to the agreed terms prior to programme commencement unless otherwise stated.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Conduct & Responsibility

  • Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

  • Any misconduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.

Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, content, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Cipta Impak Training.

  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Cipta Impak Training shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered during participation except where required by law.

  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Changes to Terms

Cipta Impak Training reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
